Contact Form

Depending on how the contact form is set up, sending it either opens a pre-filled message in your own email app, in which case nothing reaches us until you send that email, or submits your details directly to our customer management provider, Outseta.

Event Registration and Payments

We use Outseta to manage event registrations, customer records, and billing. Outseta processes card payments through Stripe. The details you enter when you register are collected and stored by Outseta on our behalf.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you register for an event or sign in through Outseta, Outseta may store cookies or similar data in your browser to keep your session working. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though registration may not work as intended without them.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, which process data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Vercel, which hosts this website and keeps its server logs.
• Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces on this website. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information.
• Outseta and Stripe, for event registration, customer records, and payments.
• Our email provider, for messages you send us and our replies.

We select providers who maintain appropriate data protection standards.
